Registration and Accommodation
Please follow the online registration form (also available from the top menu bar) step by step to proceed with your registration to the DIS 2013 International Workshop. Please find below the different rates proposed.
April start to be busy for Marseille hotels so make your acommodation booking as soon as possible! The agency "Atout Organisation Science" (in charge with the registration to DIS2013 conference) is also able to help with accomodation (your choice during the registration procedure, more information on proposed hotels/rates can be found below) .
You will also be able to book tickets for the local transportation company during your registration.
Please follow these three steps to process your complete registration to the DIS 2013 Conference.
- First, fill out the online registration form for the conference.
- Then, select your choice of optional events/items (companion program, lunches, dinners, excursions and accommodation). You can indeed book your hotel at the same time you register to the Conference.
- Finally, submit the payment of the total fee according to your selections.
You have the option to make two separate payments:

If you remain stuck on one step, some requested information may be missing. Please check all the mandatory fields and look for dark red error messages on the page.
At the end of the registration process, you will be able to send yourself a detailed e-mail showing all the options you have selected and instructions for payments.
You will be able to make changes to your registration until you “submit” the last step of the registration process. You will then no longer be able to make changes to the registration form after the registration process is totally finished. Please make sure to finalize your registration until the end. You can login again at any time to check your registration details.

Conference fees must be paid at the time of registration. For student registration, you will be requested to upload a proof (mandatory).

Conference fee does not include the Conference Dinner on Wednesday, April 24th (35 €), for which you may purchase tickets online during registration.

Accompanying persons are not allowed to attend the Conference.
Local Transportation
You may purchase local transportation tickets at a special reduced rate at the time of registration. Refer to the Travel/Transport section for exact fares proposed during registration and later opportunities to buy tickets after arrival in Marseilles.
Hotel Reservation
Reservation conditions: “Atout Organisation Science” agency handles hotel reservations. Because 2013 is an extremely busy year in Marseille, a number of hotels at different price categories have been reserved to accommodate delegates. Atout Organisation Science has made arrangements to get the best discount. Rooms will be allocated on a "first come – first served" basis. Please reserve your accommodation early to avoid disappointment! Reservations will only be guaranteed upon receipt of the total payment of your stay plus a 14-Euro booking fee, per room. All hotel accommodation expenses must be paid before your arrival. Atout Organisation Science will confirm each reservation by sending a confirmation e-mail or a fax. Atout Organisation Science only confirms hotel reservation upon receipt of the payment; requests will be handled according to the date of receipt of the payment. Incomplete or incorrect forms will not be processed. Reservation requests after March 20th will be accepted only depending on availability; hotel reservation may be closed.

Please note that the rates can slightly be changed by the hotel. The most updated rates will always appear on the online registration form. Those hotels have to be booked through the online registration form.
Cancellation Conditions
For registration fee and companion program: Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Atout Organisation Science by e-mail or by fax (+33 (0)4 96 15 12 51). For cancellation requests received by 20 March, 2013 (inclusive), the registration fee minus an administration charge of 50 € will be refunded after the conference. For cancellation requests received after 20 March, 2013, or if the participant fails to attend, the entire registration fee must be paid and there will be no refund.
For conference events, lunches, dinners, excursions and transport: Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Atout Organisation Science by e-mail or by fax (+33 (0)4 96 15 12 51). For cancellation requests received by 20 February, 2013 (inclusive), the fee will be refunded after the conference. For cancellation requests received after 20 February, 2013, or if the participant fails to attend, the entire fee must be paid and there will be no refund.
For hotel reservation: All cancellation or change requests must be received in writing at Atout Organisation Science by 20 March,2013 (inclusive). Please contact Atout Organisation Science by e-mail (dis2013@atout-org.com) or by fax (+33 (0)4 96 15 12 51) to make any changes to your hotel booking. For cancellation requests received by 15 January,2013 (inclusive) reservation payment will be returned minus the 14-euro booking fee. If you cancel your reservation between 16 January and 1st March, 2013, a deposit equivalent to three nights and the 14-euro booking fee will be kept. If you cancel your reservation after 1st March, 2013, there will be no refund.
